"Terrible Customer Service. Actually, probably amongst the worst we've encountered internationally. Extremely dirty. Saw bed bug looking things. Definitely a hard pass. If I had to do it over again, I'd stay away from airport for like 1/4 f the price. When an establishment has such terrible customer service and disregard for their customers, it's a shame and really not something that should be a part of hospitality."

Why did I give the experience a 3 and the property and staff a 5 is because the air conditioning chose to not work and it averaged 26C in the room The main problem was the fact we could literally never get in our room. When we walked into our room it was extremely warm. Adjusted the thermostat and nothing improved after running all day. The property is ocean front located on the beach boardwalk and the neighborhood has a very charming local vibe and good very variety of restaurants.
