"Terrible Customer Service. Actually, probably amongst the worst we've encountered internationally. Extremely dirty. Saw bed bug looking things. Definitely a hard pass. If I had to do it over again, I'd stay away from airport for like 1/4 f the price. When an establishment has such terrible customer service and disregard for their customers, it's a shame and really not something that should be a part of hospitality."

"Fantastic two nights stay at the end of a 3 week vacation. Spacious room, comfortable beds, good restaurant on site. Relaxing by the pool, and free shuttle to the airport. Was also located a short walk from Metro station to easily get downtown. Only criticism is that our shower stall trim along door and bottom was faulty causing excessive leak of water on floor of bathroom when showering. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"Great place to book for a layover. accommodates. Free shuttle runs from 4:30am to 1:30am and departs every 30 minutes. Check-in past midnight was accommodated. Bar is open until 12am."

"Great spot right near the beach about 10 mins from airport. We got an upgrade to adults only area with a walk out pool from our room balcony. Highly recommend the premium line room. The beds were like cruise beds, 2 twins put together, wasn’t very comfortable super hard with the dip in the middle between the beds. That was our only thing to note about the property. Other than that fantastic property!"

"The cabin was clean and had everything that we needed. The concept is great, unfortunately when we tried going to the supermarket and the pool both were closed. The beach was beautiful and you can enjoy nature in a calm setting, the restaurant was good and staff was very friendly."

"Had a good breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice was really good. Were able to store our bags for a few hours after we checked out. They are in an industrial area so we were not able to go out for a late supper after we checked in. They only had a few sandwiches available in their refrigerator. They are fairly close to the airport but a ways out of the downtown and away from the beach. Quite adequate."

"Very tiny room. There’s barely any space to spread out two luggage bags. The shower was fine but water leaked everywhere due to a hole somewhere in the screendoor."
