"Everything was as expected! The only challenge was getting a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. It just didn’t happen so we just had to pay for a taxi to take us to the hotel. At an additional 30ur. The distance from the airport to the hotel was about 15 minute ride."

"Terrible Customer Service. Actually, probably amongst the worst we've encountered internationally. Extremely dirty. Saw bed bug looking things. Definitely a hard pass. If I had to do it over again, I'd stay away from airport for like 1/4 f the price. When an establishment has such terrible customer service and disregard for their customers, it's a shame and really not something that should be a part of hospitality."

"Had a good breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice was really good. Were able to store our bags for a few hours after we checked out. They are in an industrial area so we were not able to go out for a late supper after we checked in. They only had a few sandwiches available in their refrigerator. They are fairly close to the airport but a ways out of the downtown and away from the beach. Quite adequate."

"The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff and service was terrible, hence the low rating. The service I found was always slow throughout my stay, regardless of whether it was busy or quiet. And I found every member of staff at reception rude and unwelcoming.
