"I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment was immaculately clean and offered plenty of space, which made it comfortable throughout. The photos didn’t match the property exactly, but the place itself was still nice. The staircase leading to the upstairs room was quite slim and a bit awkward to navigate, so something to be aware of. Communication could have been smoother, but in the end I felt the stay offered good value for money."

"This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years. I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. It was just a door. I rang the contact telephone number and was advised that I had to go on line and use ID (I live in the UK, we dont have ID here, its not needed). I was also...

"The apartment is 2 mins from Finsbury Park tube and was really clean. The mattress on the bed you could feel the springs so uncomfortable. The sofa bed had a thin blanket as a cover. Would suggest perhaps having a duvet for the sofa bed. No safe in the apartment so would suggest having one. Overall a very clean apartment. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. I think if they had these extras in and sorted the mattress out would have have rated 5*"

"Avoid this property rang for details of how to access the property to be told they would have to cancel my booking as there had been a leak affecting both rooms i had booked i was already on my way to London at this point so had to try and find alternative accommodation now i have to mess about trying to get refunded"
