"In a very nice part of town. Super clean and the staff was so helpful!"

"Greath staff"

"We had a terrible stay here. We checked in via the kiosk and was given room 3 which ended up being on the basement level. Immediately it smelt like sewer and there was no body wash. We then changed room and the aircon didn’t work. We won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel"

"Spacious"

"Avoid this hotel. Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep due to constant street noise throughout the night. The next morning, we asked to check out early. The hotel agreed, provided we paid for the first night, which I accepted. Despite that agreement, they charged me for the entire stay, including the nights we never used. Since then, they have ignored repeated attempts by both Expedia and me to contact them. They don't answer their phone or respond to messages. Charging a guest for a...

"The place was awesome! Sweet air conditioning that blasted during the worst heat wave in 20 years. They saved me!"

"コストパフォーマンスが優れたホテルでした この価格でロンドン中心までのアクセスを考えると良いと思います。"

"The room was small but very clean. The bathroom was tiny but the shower water was nice and hot. We had a a TV, a fridge and a kettle. We had milk and cereals too. Which was a really pleasant surprise. The car parking is also a massive bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend."

"Arrived early to such a friendly welcome. Able to leave our bags before check in. Checked in and bags were already in the room, amazing staff and service. Room was spacious enough, very clean, snacks and drinks provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer in room. Television in room. Fan in the room which was a godsend in 30+° heat. Comfortable bed, slept so so well. Such a warm welcome, beautiful building and room. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend. Thank you"

"Terrible experience – avoid this property! This apartment was completely misrepresented and not at all as described on the website. To start, the kitchen was incredibly dingy and looked nothing like the pictures online. Worse yet, we found an old, half-smoked joint left on top of the fridge, which is completely foul and unacceptable when traveling with children. The location was also falsely advertised. It is much farther from the station than stated, making for an awful walk in the pouring...

"I had a really pleasant stay overall. The place was clean, the towels were fresh and in good condition, and everything felt comfortable and well looked after. The only small issue was the bathroom sink, as the water pressure was very low and it didn’t drain properly. Aside from that, I was very happy with the stay. For the price, especially considering how close it is to the Underground, it was great value and I really couldn’t ask for much more."

"The room I had was massive considering the hotel is aimed at the budget end of the market. Very good transport links to & from the hotel. Including a tube station about 15 minutes walk. Very good location. There is even a medium sized supermarket about 15 minutes walk away."

"This was what I call a ‘flea bag’ motel. The place was cleaned , but run down. The bed was uncomfortable and an extremely outdated tv. It was noisy from the street, too. I didn’t like the inconsiderate nature of the staff. They were unnecessarily loud in the early morning while doing their work. I won’t stay here ever again."

"You get what you pay for."
