"Reception staff were tepid. Minimal directions given to find room. Room very clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast was also good. Unfortunately the bed was too hard. The pillows also, so I ended up trying to sleep without them. To my dismay there was a sound like a plane trying to take off throughout the night. I think it may be the lift which my room was near to. Thus I barely got any sleep. Then housekeeping knocked at the door 4 hours before check out time! For these reasons I will not be...

"We stayed in one of the feature rooms with a four poster. The room was great, the only downside was the bathroom, it only had a bath. We ate dinner in the restaurant, the food was very tasty, well presented and the staff were very attentive. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, including a complimentary glass of fizz...
We'll stay there again."

"We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception .
The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay"

"Centrally located with wonderful and helpful staff. Room good size but would not refer to the bed linen (sheet worn in places) or the toiletries as luxury as stated in the upgrade hence the lower rating! But good pleasant stay would stay again! I did not have food there so no comments regarding that."

"Hotel quickly changed the room into a twin from a double upon request when we arrived.
Hotel is located within a small shopping mall with some lovely shops, also a good choice of restaurants, a bowling alley and escape room.
The hotel has a lovely restaurant where breakfast is served - up on the 5th floor with great views & is a nice bar at night. The bar filled up our water cups with ice and tap water no problem.
We booked a Superior Room which included parking in the underground car park...
