"Amazing location, would love to have visited in the summer with the proximity to the beach and nice walkways . Staff were very warm and friendly, everything was as described, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and seemed like it was very recently updated. The bathroom was nice, with a rain shower head. "Beautiful old building, with a slightly tired interior. We had a big, somewhat quirky, room with a nice view. The location, right across from the waterfront, was great. Not especially close to the train station, but still walkable (we did it). Breakfast was good."

"Hotel located right on the sea board in folkstone right near white cliffs of Dover and Dover castle. It has old charm feel to it. Staff were friendly throughout stay. Room was spacious with amenities. Room clean and bathroom spacious. Parking onsite and right nearby as well. Dining area on site. Loved the look and feel of the hotel. Would recommend!"
