"First off, the food was wonderful. We ate in the steak restaurant onsite the evening of our arrival and our meals were truly delicious. The included breakfast was also splendid.
The reason I gave the hotel a “good” rating is because our room was not what I expected. It was clean and the amenities were good, but it was small - on the top floor with smallish windows. It seemed like it should be a room for singles, not two people.
And while the bed was comfortable, the furniture honestly...

"Room cleaned but had very old smell. Construction sound outside (they can't help it but just be aware) I plugged in my laptop and it blew the fuse in the room.
Parking is pricy as is the restaurant but still nice to have. Staff, fantastic - no notes."

"The family room was a good size and clean unfortunately the double bed had a dreadful squeak at every movement! However for one nights stay it was absolutely fine. I needed to wash and sterilise some baby bottles and despite it being 10pm the staff were very helpful and came back to give me access to the kitchen and microwave ( which again was very clean and tidy) we left too early for breakfast but I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for an overnight stop"

"Amount of things supplied, didn't really need half the stuff we took. Excellent flat. Well equipped. Nice set up. Bonus bottle of wine. Lovely views. Apart from stairs everything was perfect, even stairs I coped with. Can't praise it enough."

"The view is wonderful, but I felt a little uncomfortable there - narrow corridors, unused sections of the hotel, doors without a peephole, relative isolation from the reception as no phone and quite a distance. The receptionist knocked on my door at 2.30am demanding I come out to discuss noise in the block. She thought it was from my room. I refused as it was not me. Apparently there was noise the next evening, but I slept through it."

"Hotel is not fit to house a dog. Blood and semen on the bed, bed made out of wood, exposed electrics, shower door that doesn’t close. Half the building had pigeons flying around inside which we seen as we pulled up. All was reported to reception and asked for a refund, which was refused. We left and booked another hotel! After 2 hours of phone calls to hotels.com they agreed to refund for our booking. "
