"Room was Clean. Bathroom door squeaks VERY loudly and you can hear plumbing from other rooms. Facility itself was nice. We wanted to check out the rooftop during the morning to get pix before evening crowds but doors Were locked, same with pool. Staff was nice except at checkout we waited 20 min for the guy to walk out the back after having to yell hello."

"The hostel is centrally located within easy walking distance of restaurants, the Anton Martin metro station, Puerto del Sol, and many desirable destinations. As English speakers, it was convenient that all staff spoke excellent English. We had a small private room with twin beds. The room and common areas were clean. The air conditioning was effective. Bathroom and shower rooms were plentiful and always available. There is a nice, well run kitchen and common area. Wifi was reliable. All in all, a good choice."

"To begin, staff at the front desk Were extremely helpful. From our check in to our other random requests; they were always ready and able to assist us. The room was very clean and had a large bathroom. The bed was VERY comfortable. The room was “small” but still bigger than some other European hotels I’ve stayed at. The location is excellent! Close to Puerto Del Sol and other major landmarks. We walked everywhere (hello 20k plus steps/day!!). It was really an excellent location. We also ate breakfast at the restaurant a few times- it was good but very pricey. At €18 per person, it was quite expensive for a Canadian traveller. On our last day we found a cute cafe that offered eggs with bacon and toast for €9. I’d definitely recommend looking for alternatives in the area as there are a lot of bakeries. Overall an excellent hotel with helpful staff. I recommend this hotel to anyone considering it!"
