The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and this hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to a lot of attractions. My main issue with this hotel is that it was too popular! Bathrooms and furniture was not clean at all. Splatter of dark brown-red substance on lampshade. Bathroom shower grout had similar brown-red stains and hair stuck in tub. Otherwise good. Room was spacious.

Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
Everything was excellent but a lot of the plugs in the room did not work. They were too loose, from things being pulled out of them. Staff did offer to have someone take a look but it was while we were out of the room and our purses were in there.
