"Estava sem controle do ar condicionado mas não foi necessário. Demais itens OK. "

"The location and staff get five stars from us. The staff were very responsive and very nice and helpful. We were a little disappointed with the room. The construction of the building does not allow for good sound isolation. You hear above and beside you. Could use better furniture to sit on. The bathroom needs a complete refresh (at least the room were in). The soap and shampoo do offer any suds when applied."

"Bad experience. The hotel has rooms in different locations and just a few people managing the whole thing, communicating via What's App. There is no reception or staff on site at Bocca di Leone. The staff messaged me 4 days before our stay to ask me to pay via What's App, threatening cancellation if payment wasn't made quickly. Why not charge the credit card on file with Expedia like every other hotel, or wait for check-in? We were also asked to send copies of our passports via WhatsApp, which...

"It felt like an apartment I would live in! Great location, great service, comfortable bed. Ursula & David were so welcoming and explained everything about the room and location. They helped organise transport. The only thing I would note is the street noise gets a little loud because if the central location."

"Beautiful hotel room and excellent location! Highly recommend!!!"

"Clean rooms every day and a really good breakfast"

"The place was clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. The location was excellent with very close proximity to the Vatican, restaurants, coffee shops, etc."

"Air conditioning did not work reliably. Breakfast underwhelming. Staff had assured us that a taxi had been booked to transfer us to Termini, but the taxi never showed and they could not or would not book another one. One young staffer did help us roll our luggage to a tqxi stand near the Pantheon. He was a hero."

"The room was lovely and the staff helpful. We did not have breakfast included like I thought nor did we get the free wine Expedia said we would, but overall it was clean and the lift was great. Nice location near a lot of shopping and restaurants. You can walk to the historic sites, but definitely need a cab to the Vatican area."

"Amazing location very close to tons of restaurants, shops and historical sights. The hotel is like 1 floor with 5-6 rooms. They’re well maintained. Theres no elevator so make you can climb up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage"
