⭐ Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
My stay at Star Vatican Rooms was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The attitude of the hotel staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Instead of being helpful, they were rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated by basic questions. Customer service was clearly not a priority here.
The room itself was outdated and poorly maintained. The TV service was practically useless—old, limited channels, and barely functional, which is unacceptable in this day and age. Overall, the room did not feel comfortable or well cared for.
The checkout process was another frustration. The checkout time felt unnecessarily strict, and there was no flexibility or courtesy offered whatsoever. Rather than a smooth departure, it felt rushed and unpleasant, adding to an already negative experience.
Despite the convenient location near the Vatican, the unfriendly staff, outdated amenities, and lack of hospitality completely overshadow any positives. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or welcoming stay.
The staff was also saying very unkind things in Italian..
