"Stayed just one night before flying out and we were pleasantly surprised by this gem. it looks brand new. The rooms were comfy, clean and spacious. We ate lunch at the restaurant on the main floor and had the best burgers we can remember. Drinks and snacks on the rooftop bar. Not much of a view... but a lovely spot. The gym was way beyond what you normally find at this prince point, and it was bright, spacious and inviting. EVERY staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. "

"Great 4-star hotel, just 10 minutes by hotel shuttle from Madrid Barajas International Airport Terminal 4, where the jumbo aircraft Transatlantic and other long haul flights depart. Great staff, quiet comfortable clean rooms and great var and breakfast service. Ehat’s notvto like? 😎"

"Overall, my stay at the property was great. First the good things, the location is good close to most of the major attractions. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant is as good as any of the restaurants in the city, there was only two things that weren’t great the housekeeping staff didn’t really clean the room too well daily they would forget to refill the coffee and change out the coffee cups, and would even leave used room service plates in the room. also one other thing I was on the sixth floor and there was some loud noise above my room all night long. I don’t know what it was. It did not prevent me from sleeping much, but perhaps that should be looked at. "

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the food at the bar was also very good. The room amenities were thoughtful and high quality. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again."
