"Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. "Had an issue after arriving and finding bandaids placed on the smoke detector in the room. The front desk clerk was non apologetic and said it was just from someone covering the light that flashes on them. To me it was more a safety concern and honestly just gross you have no clue what people do in those room. He wasn’t much help however after getting the hotel general manager involved he tried to resolve the issue the best he could and was very nice to work with. New building, pretty nice rooms...
