"Breakfast wasn’t the best tbh Room decor lovely but floor a bit tired and no shelf by sink or shower to put anything on Staff were great apart from cleaners very noisy and banging and bashing and hovering before 0800! Bar guy was on his phone and took a few minutes to come and serve me ! Other than what I’ve mentioned I would recommend as overall was good "

"We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Not many people there, so we had lots of space. The bathrooms were well equipped (hair dryer and amenities which I loved). When leaving the pool, I passed by the bar which looked lively and fun. "Compact! Possibly better suited for solo travellers in terms of space in the room but if you're literally just looking to lay your head down before an early flight it is perfect. Did not interact with a single human as used the digital room key and check out which made the entire process quick and seamless."

"The room was as described, a bit like a motel arrangement, with rooms on the ground floor based around the courtyard area. Bathroom had a huge walk in shower, the water pressure was brilliant and soaps etc were lovely. Bed was comfy, ironing board, hairdryer and great coffee, tea and cookies. "Beautiful old hotel near Gatwick (10-15 min by taxi, 23 GBP). We were upgraded to the Jane Seymour room which had a lovely back balcony over looking the pond and fountain. Beautiful grounds, you can see why it's so popular for weddings! The lounge areas and bar could be updated but were very cozy. There were many tables having afternoon tea when we arrived. We had drinks and informal dinner (good fish & chips) in the lounge and were very happy. A great place to stay if flying to or from Gatwick!...
