"Spacious and modern room. Great staff very welcoming and helpful. Nice air conditioning. My room also has a Dyson hair dryer. Located in a very convenient location. Walkable distance to mostly all tourist attraction in downtown Madrid. Will consider to stay here again for the next Madrid visit"

"On brand, efficient, pleasant staff, responsive when issues arose. We didn't do breakfast here as we generally like to try licsl restaurants in cities. Only gripes: dofa bed not very comfy (even for a sofa bed) and pool wasn't open - understandable because it was April and even public pools weren't open but the weather was very gokd, do was hoping for some flexibility "

"Very clean, lovely rooms. Bar area is lovely. Only issue is they don’t have enough staff in the lobby bar area, drinks orders take a very long time and often things were forgotten. Staff were not attentive enough in the lobby area. We often had to ask twice for our drinks."

"Overall the apartment has a great layout, tons of storage. One concern I have about unit #201 specifically are the bathrooms. Each bathroom has a window that faces into the back area of the building. Neither window has a privacy film or curtain to obscure individuals in the near by hotel stairwell from looking in (and recording)."
