We had booked an extra night after our original reservation and had to change rooms which was fine. When the day came they moved our (packed) luggage for us while we were out. "Our triple room in the annex building was very spacious & quiet. The location was excellent - right on the square overlooking the Pantheon. The tv was at least 65-70”, but the audio was in Italian so we didn’t understand it. Staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They assisted with our luggage, arranged for a taxi to the airport, stored some of our baggage which simplified our early morning departure. Excellent hotel!!"

"I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating. I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable. "Reception took great time with us to explain everything, reviewing the map of the city, and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom amazing. The feel of the hotel was exactly what you would want in a Rome hotel—historic flare, but modern amenities. Great location! We walked everywhere but the Vatican."

"Beautiful hotel. Lovely room, helpful staff, beautiful rooftop and delicious breakfast. Very conveniently located. The only problem we had was the air conditioning. It wouldn’t turn off one evening and was noisy. Whebn I raised this matter, it was turned off for the duration of our stay which was fine. We had a great stay!"
