"The space was generally nice and clean however we encountered multiple issues. Checking in is complex and done remotely and there were technical issues so we couldn't get into the building until a stranger let us in.
Access to the actual room is with a pin code which was changed on us mid-stay so we couldn't get into the room any more - their response was that I was typing the code wrong and so wasn't rectified until they actually sent the new code (for which there was no apology or...

"The room was super spacious and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean with updated amenities. Its a shared space; but each room has its own keypad and locks and does feel private. It's a 2 minute walk to the train station, and there are so many great places to eat and drink within walking distance. We absolutely fell in love with the area, it was a wonderful stay. The staff were super kind and helpful, and always responded quickly. "

"This isn't a hotel, it's an apartment as stated. That means more room, more (r)homey vibe and a more private stay. We absolutely loved it. Granted, the information was sparse but communication thru the Hotels.com app worked and (ones we figured it out fully) the door opening-site online worked a charm!
The room was well above standard and very well kept.
The surrounding area is less touristy and more local vibe. Good food, nice atmosphere and way less crowded than more central locations.

The “guest house” is in fact a bedroom in a small condo apt shared with 3 other bedrooms, a common sofa, and small kitchen— even if you did cook, nowhere to eat. "My husband and I chose this hotel because it was the Hilton, one of the trustworthy hotel chains as well as for its conveniences, close to the airport and free shuttles. The hotel was big, our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was deliciousness with a lot of varieties and options. My husband and I ordered our eggs and how we like them from the kitchen. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay before flying home."
