The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center
Great check in help, clean, good breakfast and center location. Love the pool and hot tub are 24/7. However, did encounter one rude employee when trying to let them know towels were out at the pool after 10pm with the pool still filled with guests.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort
Parking was very easy. The kitchen was definitely a plus. The room itself was a little outdated, but it did the trick. The site was beautiful. Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg
We were there for the Christmas Lights Parade and the hotel was right on the route and we were able to borrow chairs for front row seats The room was spacious with up to date appliances
