"We had a great stay overall! The room was clean and well kept. The Expedia description wasn’t totally accurate, but the front desk handled it so well. She quickly moved us to the room we originally thought we booked and made the whole situation easy and stress-free.
The “mountain view” wasn’t much of a view, but honestly, it’s Tennessee and we weren’t too worried about it. We ended up in a jacuzzi room and were really happy with it!
Toiletries and towels were provided and clean, and everything...
