"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the quiet on‑site bar with its great drink selection and ended up visiting every night except Sunday when it was closed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, which was a bit confusing, but not a deal‑breaker. We loved that the property is tucked away from downtown yet still close enough to enjoy everything. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again."

"The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. "Even though by law you are allowed to travel with service pets. Checking in we were told that if we left her in the room alone they would charge us pet fees. Not only was that embarrassing but they also lectured us on if we need a service animal we need them always. We were there for a concert and it was raining so we left her one night.3hrs.
