"Resort is beautiful & very clean! The rooms are large and the bed was comfortable. We opted for the “Elite Club” access, but not sure it was totally worth the extra cost or even necessary. I will say that if you are looking for a “quiet/laid back” pool atmosphere the EC pool & pool bar is exactly that & might be worth the extra money. We never had any issues getting into any of the the restaurants, which seemed to be the case whether you were an Elite Club member or not. We felt our best meal was the one night we took advantage of the private EC restaurant, but all of the food options were very good. Biggest issue for us was the limited hours for the restaurants, with the exception of the buffet. Keep in mind that the very large buffet or the pool grill (hot dogs, hamburgers, grilled chicken) are the only lunch options offered."

"Beautiful resort with a beautiful private beach. Very clean rooms and attentive staff. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast package - great options each day. Rooms were not soundproof, and no balcony with the room, but overall very happy with this choice."

"Didn’t get room service one day was informed incorrect information. When trying to get service to eat it took forever. It was so difficult to make a reservation. Keep getting different information from everyone. "

"Front desk while checking in: she could have been nicer. Hotel staff: awesome, they were kind, respectful, and welcoming. Hotel and outdoor pool areas: super clean, with staff everywhere keeping things in order. Inside the room: it felt like the room didn’t match the outside. The rooms were pretty small, and everything felt a bit tight. They could benefit from some renovation. Room service: GREAT. They were quick, and the food was great. Food overall: we liked the food"
