"Im not quite sure how this place got an “excellent” review on Expedia. The room room was good and clean so no issues here but the “balcony” was so small that you couldn’t fit a chair so im nor sure why it was even there. "I stayed in rooms 523 and 528. The rooms are very old and smell strongly of mildew. The bathrooms had mold, the sheets were very dirty, and housekeeping didn't clean. They tried to charge an extra $160 when the fee for the daybeds was supposed to be $100. "We arrived late on Sunday and went to the dining room, and my son-in-law had open toe shoes on, and we were asked to leave the dining room. He was unable to eat.
