"Located within a mile from the Vatican this three star hotel is a great value when including the very good breakfast. All staff are very attentive and friendly. We booked the two triples but with two adults in each the were mostly comfortable with nice verandas and tables with four chairs outside as well. "Lovely guest house, very friendly and attentive hosts. Great location, too. About 10 mins walk to Metro, 15 mins from Vatican and half an hour from the Olympic Stadium which is useful if you are attending a match or concert there, as getting away from it at night can be difficult. We were supposed to receive a code from the owner of the property to get into the place and we weren’t even aware of this until another couple coming into the property let us know. We sat around for half an hour until we learned about the code and then another half an hour waiting for the owner to contact us after we tried to connect with him. "Clean room and friendly host. Close to Vatican. Came to visit Vatican. It worked out very well. For Vatican visit this is a nice place to stay. There is no sign outside. It is on 1st floor (one set of stairs up). "

"The main reason I booked this hotel was because the description said they offered an airport shuttle, but this is not true. When I contacted the hotel to schedule it, they only booked a taxi from a company, and I had to pay for it. If the service is not included, it should not be advertised. "Nice hotel. Perfect for families with kids. It was a nice break for my kids to be able to play in the pool and they had fun with the free arcade games. The gym was clean and big. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because the mattress in our room should be replaced. It was sunken in. There were also some ants in the room. Besides those two issues, everything was great."
