"Easy friendly check in . Our room was very clean , comfortable bed and pillows. The furniture is a little dated but comfortable . Erika at the concierge desk was most helpful and very friendly . She helped us numerous times with a smile and kind demeanor . Trinida who works on Sunday was also quite helpful and kind. The hotel is a great location to theater , dining and transportation . We had a Pleasant visit ."

"Definitely a different type of property. > Room: Beds on a platform one step above the floor. Digital controls. Decent shower. In room fridge would not get cold. TV signal was spotty. Sink did not drain well. Told they had filtered water and ice but the machines did not work. Besides the concern about tripping off the step, the room was fine. > Cafe: I had used their online ordering which took my order and claimed it charged my room. Upon going down to pick it up, I was told their online ordering 'doesn't work'. When I attempted to re-order breakfast they told me they were now serving lunch. When I attempted to order something from the menu, they told me they didn't have it. Each of the three mornings I tried to order they were out (drip coffee, yogurt, sandwich). > Lobby 'private guest lounge': advertised as coffee/tea/water/fruit in the morning, 6 - 10am. Each of the three mornings I went down the 'hot water' was luke warm. Only one day was there fruit. > $45 amenities charge: Supposedly for the gym and wellness classes. The first morning I was there the class was cancelled."

"Yo habia quedado con el hotel Que llegaria tempro lo cual me cobrarian un cargo extra. Cuando llegue me dijeron que no se podia hacer una entrada temprano que la persona que me dijo que si no sabia nada.el manager me trato muy mal. Pero lo mas incleible es que cuando revise mi extrato bancario me di cuenta que no medejaron hacer la entra temprano pero si me cobraron. Y ya les envío mensajes los llamo y no he optenido una respuesta"

"If you're planning on taking public transportation from the airport or around town - this location could not be better. Being connected to GCS made getting around so easy! The hotel itself is fine. They let us check into our room at 9:30am without any issue. The bathroom had a mildew-y smell and the hot water wasw luke at best, but overall ok. The beds were comfortable. And the hotel was pretty quiet. I would stay here again."
