"Perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Hakata Station. Be sure to use Exit 18, which leads directly beside the hotel and is especially convenient on rainy days. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of three or four. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including udon and ramen. The staff were also very helpful. The hotel supports an online luggage delivery system where guests can complete the form in advance and simply provide a QR code at the counter. The staff can then print the shipping label within minutes, making the process much faster and more convenient than the traditional handwritten forms."

"The hotel is nicely located, close to major restaurants and activities but fairly close to the Fukuoka Canal City, where you can find the Red Light District style of businesses. The room and bathroom I stayed in were very small; I felt very cramped. Because of the small size, the room DOES NOT HAVE ANY CLOSETS. In fact, it is so small that you cannot walk around both sides of the bed. No place to open even a carry-on suitcase and very few hangers. The bathroom was clean, but there is no fan if you are going number two. Therefore, I had to do my business downstairs in the lobby bathroom before going to bed."

"The breakfast included some items that were already cooked, repetitive for a stay of several days. Overall, it was a mediocre meal. The hotel is stunning. The lobby is gorgeous, with wonderful artwork in various locations, including just off the elevators on the second floor, the lobby itself, and their club room. Speaking of which, nothing particularly special about the offerings in the club room. No service person on duty. Just help yourself to some wine and soft drinks. Our room there was spacious, well-appointed, and within an easy walk to Hakata train station."

"The hotel is extremely conveniently located right next to Gion station, which is easy to get to from Hakata station. It's also quick and easy to walk to Hakata station from the hotel too. The hotel provides a good amount of amenities, and clean towels each day. The room has everything you need, including lots of hooks to hang items. The hotel does have a washer, but I chose to use a coin laundry that was a short walk away as I know the machines in these hotels generally take a long time to dry. The area has lots of food options, and is walking distance to several things. I had an incident where I had lost an item in the airport, and had been asked to call them the next day to see if it was located. The gentleman at the front desk helped with calling the number I was provided and talking to the lost and found there. They were unable to locate my item, but I appreciated the assistance. The only negative I experienced was that under the bed was not clean at all. It was very dusty, and there was some dropped sweets from other previous guests under there. Normally, I wouldn't notice this but I had dropped something under the bed so I did end up noticing this. I would ask that the hotel look at cleaning under the bed on occasions to avoid this. This didn't really effect my stay, so I would not rate the hotel less overall for this. "
