"The location was perfect for the walking to the falls and the view of the rapids stunning. The Discover shuttle (free, goes to various spots in Niagara Falls and all the way to fort Niagara!) stops right outside of the inn. We loved the breakfasts— excellent menu choices which were delicious. We actually ate dinner there as well and were never disappointed! Filet, swordfish, duck—all wonderful. "Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"I stayed the night at Hampton Niagra New York on July 1-2nd and I paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, the room I was given was just 1 king bed. When I told the desk agent, she told me they had “oversold” for the night and the king bed room was all they had left. While the desk agent was very nice, this completely ruined my family’s stay and made us very uncomfortable. I would never had stayed there if I knew we would be given only 1 bed. I feel I should be compensated...

"Great to be walking distance to Maid of Mist and the falls. Walks paper thin. Normal conversations in surrounding rooms and hallways very audible. No one too thrilled to see us, check in, validate parking, etc. Extremely low water pressure in shower. Not worth the money in my opinion"

"This hotel is very outdated, our bathroom shower handle was not working when we got to the room, you wonder if the bathroom had even been cleaned? The breakfast was not the greatest and no one to get more refills on the items. Breakfast area was dirty and filthy. I would not recommend or go there again"

"My husband hit his ankle on a protruding metal section of the bedframe where he suffered a bad cut and a lot of bleeding. The pain bothered him all day and he want able to fully participate at niagara falls. He reported it to staff and they nearly gave him a form to fill out. I'm glad I had a first aid kit."
