Main light works so assuming it’s not connected to the rooms electrics since: Tv, kettle, chargers, lamps, shower and extension leads won’t work at all. Showers won’t work and no hot water. Reception man said there was fire day before so getting things back and running. Didn’t find out until we checked in and no prior messages or emails indicating...

"The staff was exceptional. We arrived early before our room was ready and the staff took care of our luggage and directed us to a delightful afternoon tea while we waited. We blew an electrical breaker trying to use an American hairdryer and they promptly got the electricity fixed. They were very flexible with dinner reservations, working around our daytime activities."

"It was really hamming up its Scottishness. Fake suits of armour, shields on the wall, animal skulls everywhere. Just wasn’t classy. The food was ok. They had tried with the vegan option - gnocchi with fried mushrooms - but could have done with some veg and a sauce. They’d run out of Pinot Grigio Blush. However the only real complaint was the price over £300 for a night, and it really wasn’t worth that. The bathroom was much lower quality than I’d expect for that price. Chipped laminate bath...

"Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Nähe der Universität und ist für Stadttouren sehr geeignet, sehr schön und sauber. Einziger Mnjuspunkt ist, dass es leider keinen Parkplatz direkt in der Nähe gibt, man muss etwa 5 Minuten auf den Campus laufen, dort gibt es ein sehr sauberer modernes Parkhaus. Informationen dazu auf der Homepage des Hotels wären gut gewesen."

"We had a great stay at the ten hill place. We stayed for one night before hitting the road to go to Isle of Mull. The location was in walking distance to everything we planned to get to, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room had everything that we needed. We did have a car hire and were able to park on site. The parking is very minimal (like <10 spots) but if you can get there early it is super convenient to park and pay the £20/night. Would recommend staying here and would book...
