"The hotel is super nice and beautiful . The restaurant are amusing. The pool area, the beach and the bar are increíble . I will come back definitely . The sound of the birds and beach wave are very relaxing. I love this wonderful hotel."

"Service was horrible, it was told that housekeeping was every other day and we didn’t have service , we called the owner and she give us attitude and said she was not able to give us service for multiple reasons which then she change everything saying her stuff told her we denied service which was a lye because we were not there . I will never book with them . Every thing they put on there website and booklet information was lye ."

"There is no Internet on the Wi-Fi. You have only 2 MB per second.. Showerhead are really bad than the water is only getting warm! There is no shuttle to that hotel so you have to get rip off by the taxi drivers at the airport charging $60 for 2 minutes drive!"

"Restaurants are hit or miss, Steakhouse terrible but Dorado, Mediterranean, and Indian all very good (Not spicy, tuned for tourists). Sports Bar has good food as well. Plenty of included entertainment and plentiful bars. A couple of power outages, raccoons in hotel (cute and non bothersome), and sometimes players left in hall more than 12 hours, but overall I would come back. Good value."

"Mi experiencia en Grand Oasis Cancun fue sinceramente muy mala y muy lejos de lo que uno esperaría de un resort de este nivel. El principal problema fue la falta de preparación e iniciativa del personal. En el restaurante Tatish había una persona dormida y roncando dentro del baño; se le reportó al mesero y simplemente no hizo nada. "Pésimo servicio, la comida del buffet siempre la misma los empleados de malas si no les gusta su trabajo que busquen otros en el baño había fuga de agua se le aviso y seguí durante los siguientes días igual una experiencia horrible y cara ya que el hotel se cotiza como 4 estrellas y no llega a 1"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The food was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We loved the waterpark and lazy river, and arcade that you did not have to pay for to play! Would recommend any family with little ones to come to this resort!"
