"Place is gigantic. Not big, gigantic. Property is well maintained. Waterpark, pools, bowling alley, and mini golf all a hit with the kids. The food for being an inclusive was pretty good. Only bad meal was the grand buffet for dinner. However, their breakfast is excellent. Beach is terrible. It’s so bad you don’t even want to go on at all. "The property is a worn out. Washroom was dirty.. The bed was comfy and the staff were bery friendly. But for the rate you expect a bit more. The choices for their breakfast is also mediocre.. fresh fruits, yogurts should be stored/displayed with ice underneath. Some food handling concerns right there. It shouldn’t be under room temperature. Bacteria can grow. "

"I was really disappointed with our stay at hotel tequila. We stayed there 3 years ago and it was lovely. When we arrived it took us banging at the wooden gate and calling the hotel 3 times before some came opened the gate so our cab driver could drop us off. The room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We paid for breakfast, but there was nothing that my husband would eat. He asked if they just had some toast and maybe some sausage that wasnt mixed with the egg, and said yes but...

"Its like living in a shopping mall ,not enough restaurants according to their rooms,we were three families about 12 people we went there for 7 nights didn’t get reservations for any reasturants,less variety of food in their buffets,they didn’t even have bananas to eat😂,we do visit cancun every year but this property was one of the worst resorts we have ever gone.even kids were disappointed.doesn’t feel like vacation."

"All of the things that made this place special 7 years ago on our honeymoon (now under new ownership) are still present today. This is our favorite boutique, intimate resort in the area. The hospitality is unmatched anywhere else. The rooms are spacious and the remodeled bathrooms were a big plus. There are excellent food options for all 3 meals and no reservations are required. The exclusive diamond club bar and restaurant (Qin Qin) were well worth the upgrade. We could go on... but in short -...
