"Great room with a lot space. No staff basically, it’s mostly automated. Being right across from the bus station with a guy screaming all night was a bit of a different environment for me."

"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."

"Very clean and good size room. Staff is super friendly and nice. Did not have chance to enjoy or see their breakfast due to my marathon race start way early. The only issue my friend said is the air condition too noisy (because it will go on and off)"

"Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"

"They go above and beyond for pet owners, pet beds and treats in the room, grass area for potty. Staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. Rooms where comfortable and spacious. Will stay again if we come through Reno."

"Staff was very helpful and professional. Although this is an older local hotel it had everything needed. Very clean and well provided for with mini fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine with supplies to make coffee. I arrived quite a bit early for my reservation and they were able to accommodate me with allowing me in my room early. I traveled by bus and this location is very close and convenient to the transit center, about 1 block away. Would stay here again!!"

"Parking is horrible in the back, no feedback regarding our unused time (we left early, but not because of the motel), 90* outside and pool wasn’t open. It sufficed and was clean."
