"Room in need of a refurb and dated. Aircon did not work and room was unbearably hot. We asked about aircon at reception and were told there is none and to use the fan in the wardrobe. The fan made no difference. We had the window open and it was unbearably hot and we did not sleep well due to the heat and from the noise outside. We were woken in the early hours by car horns from the road and the dustbin men around 6am being very noisy. We would avoid staying here again."

We were a bit worried after reading some of the reviews on here, but we found our room (Privilege Room 511) to be clean, in good condition and well furnished.
