"The staff were friendly but the room was very poor. It was very dated, small and in need of a huge renovation. The carpet was dirty and there were lots of marks or the furniture and walls. It was clean on the surface but I don’t think it had been deep cleaned for some time. The amenities were also poor."

"Staff on arrival were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the continental breakfast was reasonably good. The 3-stars is for the poor quality of the sleep alone. I booked the Holiday Inn specifically to be near the airport and get a good night's rest before my early flight. Sadly, I discovered the hotel decided to disable the AC and leave only a fan to cool the room, which meant it was very stuffy and warm, and combined with the lumpy pillows, I didn't sleep well at all."

"Very well maintained hotel in a serene golf setting. Lots for kids and adults to do. The pool and spa were one of the best we have been to. The food in the restaurant could do with a bit of improvement."

"Nice clean room, all basic amenities provided apart from the ironing board and iron and hair dryer. Good value for money. The only suggestion I would give is that it would be nice if there was a sachet of hot chocolate mix in the room for when you are staying with kids so they can enjoy a warm drink too. But all I'm all it was a nice stay"

"The room was ready when we got there around 11:30, before the noon check in time (also a great perk since most hotels don't allow check in until 3 or later). Parking is on the road but there was plenty and the road felt very safe/quiet. The staff were very helpful and I don't realise breakfast was included in our stay which was another nice perk. Especially for the total price. You can get into central London in 30 mins on the tube so for the price of the room compared to anything closer in, it's well worth it. The bathroom is a bit tired decor wise but not horrendous or anything, our shower just didn't drain all the well and the showerhead could do with a replacement but other than that it was fine. Comfy enough bed with great pillows. Can't complain at all and will definitely use the hotel again when we need to be in London. "

"Been to a few hotels in the area and I can't lie this was by far the best. Located right next to the mall so everything I needed was a walk away, the ambience was simply amazing. And the staff were amazing seriously, these guys give above and beyond a new meaning. Paticularly, a receptionist named Sab or Sabia (sorry I'm not good with names) but she was warm, polite and incredibly helpful to us throughout our stay. If I should ever visit luton again, I'll definitely be seeking their facility. She may not read this but it needs to be said, thanks for all your help Sabia.🙏"

"We booked this hotel primarily because the website said they offered a shuttle to and from the airport - A ”rare find for the area”. We could not find the pick up location on arrival and took a bus instead. Upon check in at the hotel they informed us they no longer have a shuttle. We had to pay extra for the bus and taxi to get to and from the hotel. Our flight was early on a Sunday so limited bus options and Uber was 3x higher than normal day time hours. Very misleading and disappointing. Also very limited restaurants in the area."
