"Unfortunately, the room temperature was hot beyond any reasonable level. Being British and living in an old home here in the UK I understand how hot upper level rooms can get in the extreme heat and was expecting the temperature to be excessive. The actual temperature was beyond extreme and the fan provided did not oscillate and was extremely noisy. "Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. "Staff were very kind but there are stairs leading to the room that are rough to bring suitcases up. They have water provided and the bar staff were very keen to fill my water bottle up which was nice. If you are planning to come during the summer Don’t. They don’t have AC and it got quite hot in the room."
