"The room was spacious. However the bathroom was not clean and functional at our arrival, we had to call service to have it fixed. The rooms are also not completely sound guarded. You can actually hear the conversation of the adjacent room. Other than that, nice hotel and good breakfast."

"My son became ill on our flight from SJU to JFK, so the plane returned to SJU. We were taken to San Jorge Hospital. "A good experience. The hotel looks nice. It has a casino, live singers, pools for kids and adults, a gym, a coffee shop, pool tables, and even booth vendors that come on weekends to sell their crafts.
The only things that I hope they fix are:
Have someone to clean the adult pool regularly.
Add more light to the rooms.
Add hams to breakfast, not just sausages."

"The hotel and staff was great. However, when I arrived at the airport 11pm in the night, the driver wasn't there for the agreed time, it was raining, I don't speak spanish (the country main language) so I was left a bit stranded.
The hotel staff was helpful but only for the ways they stand to benefit, their recommendations was the most expensive way out.
My stay there was overall a great one.
The breakfast was so delicious especially the juices."
