We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. "Excellent positioned room overlooking river. Quiet although hotel busy. Very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Bathroom spacious though back of door not cleaned lately! Staff helpful. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Only small minus after they had lost that we'd prepaid for a meal . They were polite and I believe a new computer system was the problem but could've said sorry. Overall very enjoyable stay."

"The entrance to the hotel was lovely and staff very welcoming and helpful. It was good that you needed a room key to call a lift as it felt secure. Pool was nice but a bit tatty , old surroundings Room on 3rd floor was UNCOMFORTABLY hot with no air con ...just a small desk fan . We hardly slept due to it being too hot and stayed out of the hotel as much as possible which was not great as we were there for a sports competition and needed to rest. Food and room service not available Friday, ...

"Loved old inn. Staff went over and above to be helpful,dog even had sausage gor breakfast. I found out no lift Expedia said couldn't ca cel without losing my money,when I told them this they said not a problem they would have returned it,again thanks for nothing Expedia. Staff so helpful and helped to get up to bed. Food was to die for had evening meal,lovely fresh cooked menu and breakfast again fabulous. Would recommend and would go again in spite of no lift!"

"Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is amazing in all respects. It’s historical and very attractive set in extensive grounds. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I only had one meal in the hotel and it was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, it’s great."
