"Horrible experience at this hotel. Had a stay from friday and check out on monday. I checked in at around 6pm and the lady at the front gave me a hotel key to the room I requested. When I opened the door to that room, it was a MESS. I had to go back down to the lobby and the lady told me she gave me a room that belonged to another guest and and said I would be "upgraded" to a room with more beds. It was.... something. We left our bags there and went out and around 10pm, I got this text message,...
