"I only had a short stay as had to leave early, but what an exceptional property, well maintained, very clean, lots of amenities & felt secure. The only criticsim is if there are any guests who have accessibility issues, the description of each apartment should mention what floor it is & how many sets of stairs, maybe even provide a floor plan on their booking page, to help guests."

"Stephen and Lynne were most helpful when we found our car had a flat, filling the tire and directing us to a nearby repair shop. Breakfast was excellent and featured a nice selection. Service from the staff was excellent. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings as well and easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee, bakery and ice cream treats! "

We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. "

"A steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk. The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area. The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didn’t use them as I’d used a gym in the city prior to arrival. The restaurant area had a nice feel to it even...

The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. The apartment itself was superb. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one called The Lodge. Both bedrooms were very large, with excellent ensuite bathrooms.
