Bathroom door wouldn’t shut, sink wouldn’t drain, wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpets disgusting, lamp shades were cracked and broken, mold on window molding, heating/ac unit broken, painters tape on the drawers. Bodily fluids on the headboard of the bed, bugs in the light fixtures, bathtub didn’t work. They refused to refund our money even after we didn’t stay. Very rude manager"

"Roaches. My shower light produced more water (from the upstairs neighbors shower drain). There were literal hairs flowing out of the light fixture along with all of the upstairs units waste water. I was awoken by the staff screaming at someone outside of my door at 0600 after other neighbors were outside yelling and partying until 0300. Couldn't use the bathroom at all. Couldn't sleep. Staff was notified of the leak as soon as it presented and nothing was done or even offered to be done. So i spent 65 dollars on a hotel room in which i couldn't use the bathroom, shower or sleep. Awesome..."
