"The staff was so thoughtful and kind. I had called earlier because I knew we were going to be a late check in because of the concert we were attending. Traffic after the concert was so bad we were stuck in a parking lot for hours. It called again and the counter person on duty said our key was ready and waiting and not to stress. "This was a great stay! For adults, there's a casino and a restaurant that is adults only because you can only access it through the casino floor. We had kids with us so we couldn't take advantage of those things but they had fun at the pool and the room was 3 queen beds so we only had to book one room. Staff was lovely.
