"stayed here just for a night but found everything to be beautiful, safe, and an overall great experience. I arrived injured, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! "

"A "quaint" old hotel in Old San Juan, kept up with very well. If you want hundreds of souvenir shops to walk in and out of it's very convenient. Restaurants and bars seemed to be harder to find. No real amenities at the hotel, did not see anyone using the hot baths or jacuzzi. Coffee in the lobby near the front door in the morning, had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. It served it's purpose for the overnight stay."

"During my stay, I encountered several issues. The beds had no proper blankets—only small covers that couldn’t be used for warmth. The couches were so dirty that it was unpleasant to sit on them. The corridors hadn’t seen renovations in a long time, creating a neglected atmosphere. Lastly, the room wasn’t cleaned daily, which added to the discomfort. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my experience."

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."

First day, we stopped at the bar ordered a margarita with Cointreau, we were charged $12 for the Margarita + $12 for the Cointreau up charge = $24…typically there would be a $3 to $4 up charge for this less than 1oz ingredient. On a separate occasion we had dinner at Alba, sat outside by the pool, there were 4 employees (1 bartender, 3 servers), 4 tables sitting outside, no tables inside and still waited 30 plus minutes to...
