"This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated."

"So much so that I would suggest staying at another hotel. I arrived about an hour early for check-in and asked if my ride could use the ladies’ room. We were told they did not have a public restroom, and the attitude from the male front desk employee was unnecessarily rude.
