"This is a perfect place to stay in Hanoi Old Town area. It is close to the center and the walking street. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The house team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. "Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get. "

Treated like Kings and Queens
"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions asked in person or over the phone, providing the best solution they could offer. Breakfast too is located at the ground floor and the food options were amazing, ranging from American and Vietnamese options. Lastly their massage and spa services are spectacular in quality. All in all the staff, room, and services provided are phenomenal. They work hard and deserve the praise! Thanks again!"
