"A beautiful, well-equipped getaway in Waikoloa! 🌴 We had a wonderful stay at this Waikoloa Beach property. The condo is gorgeous and tastefully decorated, with comfortable couches that easily seated our group of six. It comes with a private garage stocked with beach supplies — kayaks, boogie boards, coolers, and beach chairs — which was such a nice perk. "This property fit exactly what we needed. We used it as our home base after daily excursions. It had plenty of room and is very well kept. The place is clean and well maintained. Short 3 minutes drive to great pizza , and magic sands beach. Perfect location to come and go. "

"This property is not as described on Expedia. The location of the unit backs on a busy road and the community garbage area is beside the parking spot and in front of the unit. The minimal seating in the patio was useless for a family of 6. The beach chairs were rusted and the umbrella was unusable. The presence of cockroaches in the kitchen was disgusting. This unit was a total disappointment for the price we paid. The grounds in the complex however are beautifully kept with exotic...

"I looked at a lot of properties before choosing this one. It was perfect! Very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all of the tools we needed to cook and eat at the house. Washer/dryer in house with detergent already on sight. Beach Towels readily available. They provided everything we needed for a great stay! (Not groceries) We didn't go to the pool - you know...
