"Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful...

"The Park hotel is well located above the Shiodome station and also accessible from the Shimbashi station which is fairly easy to locate using the directions provided by the hotel and following the signs within the stations. The rooms were clean and spacious but with the hotel being located above the station the noise from the trains is very audible from our room on the 28th floor. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Ginza area with plenty of shops and dining options."

"Booked 2 rooms on premiere floors- room with one king size and one room with 2 singles. Pros: Hotel is tucked behind busy area. Our rooms had access to small area with unlimited drinks and small snacks on 10th floor but I think 2nd floor lobby with snacks/drinks were sufficient since we don’t drink alcohol. Staff was courteous and polite. Rooms were smaller than I expected with not a lot of space to keep suitcase opened. We spent 4 nights here so kind of tight. Bigger rooms were booked...

"BEWARE WHEN BOOKING YOUR ROOM!!!! I had 2 reservations for this hotel. On one of them- Expedia changed the number of people to 2 instead of 3. The staff seen my other reservation for 3 people. Mind you we had a room that accommodates 5 people each time- so I’m not sure why this was an issue. They charged us $400 USD. I seen that other guests here went through the same issue, so just double check your booking since they check in and scan passports of all guests. Otherwise we enjoyed this hotel...

"The restaurant on the premises served a good breakfast. In room laundry was very convenient. They even supplied the laundry detergent for free. The rooms were tiny but well laid out."

"This is my third time staying at this hotel. It's situated in a very convenient location in Ginza. Easy access to the Tokyo Metro system and an abundance of shops ! "Great location, amenities and comfortable bed. Be aware that the onsen is not tattoo friendly. The hotel kindly provided adhesive covers but you may do well to bring your own. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and well worth the cost. There’s a Family Mart right across the street which is nice to have."

"Very convenient location for Tsukiji market shopping and dining. Room was small, but efficiently arranged. Great to have laundry in room. Check in was very quick but pre check in process was very time consuming because of the ridiculous way of entering dates using calendars rather than entertaining year, month, and day separately. Staff was fantastic, holding our bags after early arrival and placing bags in room after check in time. Highly recommend this property."

"A popular hotel for foreign travellers-you will see free Japanese visitors here. Reasonable size room. The reception area and lounges available to residents are particularly good with an outstanding collection of books on a wide range of Japanese subjects available to browse. Particularly well placed for those using Haneda airport with just a 5 minute walk to a metro station with a line that goes directly to airport terminals."

"Room was comfortable, thiugh it seemed a little smaller than in the pictures. In my opinion the massage chair is an unnecessary use of space. The hotel staff were excellent, great location, comfortable room with amenities."
