I needed to send our luggage ahead to Kyoto so we wouldn’t have to carry it through crowded stations, and the staff kindly helped arrange the service. Our luggage arrived on time at our hotel in Kyoto, which made the trip much easier. The room was decent and came with basic amenities. The location is also very convenient, about two blocks from Shimbashi Station and the Ginza Line, making it easy to get around using public transportation."
