My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. Clean room. Good service and helpful staff.

GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, the bed was soft and cozy, which made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices every day. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sky bar with its amazing city view and a nice drink was definitely one of the best experiences during my stay. The hotel also helped me book tour packages to...

Very clean, friendly staff, great location. A nice stay before a long flight, there’s also a great spa nextdoor.

There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...
