"We had a wonderful time. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and so were the drinks. I got to paddleboard every day and we went on some great excursions. The beach was beautiful, however there is a fair amount of seagrass (not floating seaweed) in the swimming area. You just have to navigate around it a bit. It was my first time being at an all inclusive and I really enjoyed it. "

"The Positive: The staff was amazing. Every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Make sure to take cash to tip them, they worked very hard to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. The food was great. We booked via email ahead of time and had reservations every night. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Even the food at the pool bar was good. The water at the beach is crystal clear. There is also lots of fish and creatures in it to see. There are small reefs just off shore so if you have gear you can snorkel right off the beach. There are chairs/umbrellas they will set up for you. The shade under the tree is the best spot. Waitresses take drink orders on the beach all day and are quick back and forth from the bar. There are shops just outside the hotel for extra items. The negative: The bathroom is open to the bedroom. No wall or door between them. For a family with a teenage daughter this was awkward. There is curtain you can pull down but it did nothing to block sound so if someone got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you could hear it. I suppose for couples this isn’t a big deal but if you go as a family it’s a little odd. The beach is connected to a public beach club. This is also where the cruise ships drop people off so it gets pretty busy. Bc of that there is a lot of trash that people just leave at the end of the day the hotel has to try and clean up, but a lot is left on the beach club side and gets blown around."
