"The room was pretty; however, the loveseat was torn and unusable as a pull out bed. We didn't need it for that, but for those who would need it, a no go. We even spoke to a lady who was snorkeling that said hers was torn also and that it took 4 hours for her to get sheets for it. That they just kept telling her to call back when her kid only wanted to go to bed. I understand that the staff need to do their best to sell you things, that is understandable. But, we were treated like not buying into...

"Everything is great, but make sure to find out if the room has glass windows or just screens with wood shutters first. Especially if you prefer A/C. Yes, you can shut the shutters and runny AC unit and it does cool down pretty well. However, you have to keep all the shutters closed, which means your view is blocked."

"We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily visit again."
