"Excellent customer service at check in. Staff asked to see ID for confirmation of name on booking. There is a £50 deposit which is authorised /debited then released/refunded. Timescale on getting your deposit back after check out depends on the type of card used. Staff explained services available with open times for breakfast, gym/pool and bar during check in which was great. The main reception and area on ground floor very spacious with some seats around the place. The room was just okay,...

"Room was tiny but well equipped. Very clean and plenty of parking. Staff very friendly. A shame they don't make more use of the facilities they have for breakfast. Adequate for a overnight stay."
