"チェックイン時間の15:00に部屋の掃除がまだ終わっていないということで待つことに。準備が出来れば電話するとの話だったが1時間経っても連絡なく、もう一度受付にいくと今ちょうど準備が出来たとのことでせっかくの時間を1時間無駄にした気分となった。"

"Room was quite clean, some dirty corners but overall ok. Staffs were very helpful and willing to listen to feedback. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Downside is soundproofing is quite bad. We experienced noises from upstairs and around us. Sleep was disrupted as noises persisted throughout the night. But overall it’s a nice place."

"Not as nice as on line and photos. Rooms are big and spacious, but twice we had to ask for room to be made up during our 4 night stay. They came to do them at 5pm!!! Pool was large and fairly quiet but not kept as clean as it could have been, a lot of leaves. It many sun beds ! No bar area or food served by pool, just a friendly man handing out towels and water. No bar in the hotel, just one Chinese restaurant which was very nice and very friendly staff. Would I stay here again,...

"We requested for our bedroom to be cleaned daily, noticed the toilet was not attended to some days. We had 3 people in the room, and we were supplied only with 2 cups and glasses. The creamer we had on the first morning was not fresh. It was hardened. Subsequently, we were not replenished with creamer for the rest of our stay. Breakfast chefs were quite unapproachable for special requests except for the last 2 days when a younger English-speaking chef was at the station. The rest of the...

"Hotel is quite new. Rooms are very sleek and cozy. Love the bed and the pillows. Very clean. Toilet and bath are spacious compared to other hotels in similar category. Love that there are restaurants around and a cold storage across the hotel. Bus stations abound in the area. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Overall, Momentus is a wonderful hotel which I will go back when I am in Singapore."

"The room & bathroom in particular were not properly cleaned. We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"
