"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again. But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us) Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

"Just because I had a well priced personal deal through Expedia that shouldn’t have meant that I got awhat looked like the worst room up a flight of stairs that felt like the servants quarters, that had mould and mildew around the window and in the bathroom. Room desperately in need of refurbishment. Although I had read that the hotel had a lift, which was essential for my needs, there was no mention in the description that this room was stairs only access. I didn’t request lift access as assumed...

"New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."

The actual hotel is not at all connected to the historic Walton Hall, and the hotel wing and room that we experienced were very worn and in need of a renovation. The pool and fitness room were listed on Expedia as amenities, but these facilities are not owned by the hotel and require payment for use (after registering our complaint, we were given free passes). "Excellent location for use at the BP Pulse, walking distance from Birmingham International train station and BP Pulse venue. Hotel was clean and what we needed for our night. We had breakfast which was a choice off full english or continental, good choice of breakfast. Overall, i would definitely return to this hotel if I am to visit the BP Pulse in the future. Excellent location."

"Traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem Castle. Das Zimmer war der Wahnsinnn und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Im Schlafzimmer hat man zwar die Musik aus der Bar unten etwas gehört, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Umgebung und der Ausblick aus dem Restaurant sind wirklich wunderschön. Beim Essen im Restaurant würde ich definitiv aber nicht fish & ships empfehlen. Das war leider ein wirklicher Reinfall. An der Unterkunft an sich ändert es aber nichts. Es war und bleibt eine unvergessliche...
